Rigo Melendez brings more than two decades of real-world business experience to his work with aspiring franchise owners and to the hospitality brands he helps lead. For 22 years, he owned and operated a successful local sign company—building it from the ground up, scaling it steadily, and ultimately executing a strong exit. He later became a franchisee with one of the nation’s largest crime and trauma scene cleaning companies, which he also grew and successfully sold.
These experiences shaped Rigo into the kind of entrepreneur people trust: steady, practical, operationally sharp, and deeply grounded in what business ownership truly requires.
Today, Rigo is a driving force behind El Campo Glamping and Altamira, the open-air mountain wedding venue built on the El Campo grounds.
